What AgentSolis does

AgentSolis provides software that prepares interactions with a USDC escrow contract on Arbitrum One. Users control their wallets and sign every transaction. AgentSolis does not promise the quality, legality, accuracy or availability of work delivered by a buyer, seller, agent, validator or resolver.

Settlement

Each deal fixes its amount, participants, evidence or acceptance terms, deadlines, resolver and fallback split when funded. Automatic mode evaluates only the published objective evidence policy. Buyer Review mode pays after buyer acceptance, after buyer silence, or according to the published dispute outcome. A high-confidence two-of-three AI review may propose a ruling, but it is delayed during a published appeal window. Either party may appeal. Conflicting, low-confidence, flagged, high-value and appealed cases require the human-review Safe. A timeout requires an on-chain transaction; it does not execute by itself.

Fees

The protocol fee is 1.5% of principal paid successfully to a seller, contractually capped at 50 USDC. There is no contract-level maximum deal amount and no fixed protocol fee. For 30 days from an approved buyer wallet's first funded mainnet deal, the seller payout has no protocol deduction. Seller payment, gas, arbitration reserves and third-party services remain payable by users.

Risks

Smart contracts, wallets, RPC services, blockchains, stablecoins, content links, validators and resolvers can fail. Transactions are public and normally irreversible. Contract limits reduce exposure but do not eliminate loss. Users must verify addresses, network, amount, deadlines, evidence and fallback terms before signing. Do not commit funds you cannot afford to lose.

Prohibited use

Do not use AgentSolis for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, stolen assets, prohibited goods, consumer deception or work that violates another person's rights. Access may be refused or new deals paused while existing contract exits remain available.

No custody and no recovery promise

AgentSolis does not ask for wallet seed phrases or private keys. Support cannot reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction or guarantee recovery of funds sent to the wrong address or network.
